I saw this on Facebook and just had to share it.  I troll Facebook for hours to find these little nuggets of wisdom to share with you.

Order two grilled chicken chipotle burritos with no tortillas, in a bowl.

I seldom visit Taco Bell, but may have to make an exception.  

It sure looks yummy!

Feeling Good!

I haven't written in a bit, things have been busy after moving back to Arizona. It was hard to say goodbye to my friends and gardens but always fun to say hello to my friends down here. My weight loss journey is going well. I'm officially down a bit over 60 pounds now and it all feels like a dream. I'll be doing my labs soon to see how everything is doing. It's so nice to feel like doing things again- playing pickleball, going for walks, swimming and playing water volleyball.

Bob's Garden and My Garden

  This area keeps getting expanded as more brush is cleared and roots are dug out.  It now has landscape blocks surrounding the border. The daylilies should fill in nicely and help hold back the ugly brush that was dug out.  Next spring I'll continue planting down the slopes to hold soil better and add some bog plants at the edges to assist in keeping the water clean.  I'm dreaming of a floating fountain that is solar powered but will need to have some kind of fundraiser to afford that. I've had requests to clear the brush on the opposite side of the lagoon and plant something so you can't see the storage area where trailers and boats are parked. It's good to have a project ready for next year and I found a weeping willow tree for $10 on Marketplace. It's planted in one of our holding bins right now and will be ready to go to it's new forever home next spring. A garden bike has been added to one of the areas along the end of the lagoon. One Month Checkup

  Today is the day I've been waiting for, the reason I'm still in Arizona as the weather gets hotter and hotter.   I was so excited that I got to the clinic at 9:45. This was fine and dandy except my appointment wasn't until 1:30. So, I headed back home and stopped at Der Weinerschnitzel for a hot dog for lunch. They always look so confused when you order a sandwich without the bun. I enjoyed my all beef weiner with catsup, mustard and onion and actually ate the whole thing which surprised me. After loving up George for a bit I went back at my appointed time to meet with Amanda. I was shocked at my weigh in to see 201. They take two pounds off for shoes and clothes so they have me recorded at 199. This is major for me. My highest weight was 232 and I lost 15 pounds prior to the surgery, making my surgery weight 217. So I've lost 16 pounds in my first month for a total loss of 31 pounds.
